To use our support service please download the TeamViewer Quick Support app by clicking the link below and then clicking SAVE (not run) when installing.

Once installed, contact us on 0439 396 061 or  email debra@doodlefish.com.au to book a time for support. Please let us know when booking if the problem is urgent.

About TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a commercial product which allows us to access your computer. By using this tool we can demonstrate on your computer how to manage your website, assist you with correctly setting up email accounts, and be able to see your computer set up to determine if there are other issues affecting the management of your site.  

Please note: we don't provide IT services for managing your computer, we only provide support for issues relating to your website.

Training and support hours will be built into your development hours.  Please see your project contract for more information. If you need additional support, contact us and we can arrange it.
